The tape made by the film is generally not coated with color powder for impurity shielding, so the finished transparent tape is pure white color. The transparency of the tape below 100 meters after the finished product is placed for a week or so is very high. Generally, the thickness of the film is between 28 micrometers and 30 micrometers. However, since the strength of the BOPP film partially doped with the recycled material is decreased, only the thickness of the thickened film is used, and the tape feels thick to the touch, but the strength is poor, and the preservation is poor. The period is very short. After about half a year, there will be obvious aging, the surface will be brittle and the use will be easy to break.

Ordinary sealing tape glue is acrylate glue, also known as pressure sensitive glue, the main component is rouge. Rouge is a kind of polymer active substance, and the temperature has a certain influence on molecular activities. The rouge content of the glue directly affects the use of the tape. Many people think that the adhesive tape is good for glue. In fact, this is wrong. There are two criteria for the glue of the tape. One is the initial adhesion and the other is the retention force. The two are inversely proportional. In general, the tape with a lower initial adhesion than the 10th is less adhesive coating, generally only about 20 microns, such as stationery tape, the tape used for general promotion. The initial adhesive strength of normal sealing tape is between 15-20. The thickness of this tape glue is generally 22-28 microns. Is the thickness that meets the standard. However, most of the tapes on the market are mixed with impurities, so the thickness is increased, so as to mask the impurities, the glue is also mixed with toner, so the transparent tape will appear egg yellow and light green, and the tape is generally inferior.

How do you distinguish between colored tapes? For colored tapes, it is convenient for marking and shielding purposes. Generally, there are more beige and khaki. Many colored tapes are considered to be the color of the film. In fact, the color is the color of the glue. The pinch is pinched and then pulled open quickly, and the rubber of one side can be pulled out to see the purity and transparency of the original film. The most important thing is to see the thickness of the glue. If there is no glue pulled apart or pulled apart, there is a lot of impurities in the glue, and the glue has no cohesion. Second, the water is too much and has evaporated. At this time, the initial adhesion of the tape has been greatly reduced, and the hand can be distinguished. Apply yellow tape to the object. The better the shielding, the thicker the glue and the better the quality. Under the comparison of the appearance of the tape, the glue is less, the color of the doped tape is very deep, and the tape has high transparency after being opened. The color of the whole tape is not much different from the color after the opening, because the good sealing tape has a strong shielding property, and there is no color superposition. Doped inferior tape should be applied to the BOPP film. Only the relatively backward direct gluing method is used. Therefore, there are often large impurity particles that are not completely dissolved, so the tape is often used. There are lines (where there is no glue). Good tape is transferred by soft palate, and there is no line condition (printing tape has less ink leakage and is related to the printing machine). Another way to distinguish is to look at the surface of the tape. The tape has bubbles just after it is cut into finished products. After a week, the bubbles will basically dissipate. The surface of the tape of pure blush glue is smooth and clean without any white spots. Tapes doped with impurities have a lot of irregularly distributed white spots, which are not dissipated by hand and are not the same as bubbles.

In summary, everyone has been able to judge the quality of the tape from the appearance of the tape. The most important condition for distinguishing the good and bad tape is not to feel the viscosity by hand, because the doped tape does not volatilize. The initial adhesion is very high, so it is necessary to stick the object with tape and then quickly pull it to see the holding force. After repeatedly applying it several times and then touching it by hand, it is obvious that the sputum is degraded. When the doped adhesive tape is used for the glue formulation, it is generally dissolved with gasoline and acid, so the smell is very large. The regular large enterprises are dissolved with toluene, and have been volatilized by the fan during the coating process. There is another question. What is the difference between good and bad tapes? In fact, the purpose of using tape is not to stick to the problem, but to stick it firmly and not to separate. Most adhesive tapes are now broken after a period of packaging (between 20 minutes and 1 hour) and cannot be pasted again, especially in low temperature environments and windy drying conditions. The next is more obvious. Again, the inferior tape is easy to break and the strength is very low, mainly related to the quality of the film. The tape paper tubes produced by the regular enterprises all use paper tubes with higher density, and the cut surface is free of paper dust, and the tape thickness of the paper tube is less than 100 meters and the tape is 3 mm, and the size of the paper is 4-5 mm, while the small enterprise is blinded. Consumers use thick paper tubes. Usually, the plastic bag manufacturers have a thickness of 5-7 mm, which is relatively large in appearance, but the thickness is obvious. Therefore, when selecting the tape, be sure to see the width of the tape and the thickness of the tape.
